Choose one hour and leave it empty. Put phones in another room. Sit where you can see outside, or just stay on the couch.
Read Psalm 23:1–2 from the World English Bible, slowly: “Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.”
